Last year (2010), a good friend of ours who is a health and fitness expert told us about these new products, something called AdvoCare.  It went right in one ear and out the other.  How many weight loss and diet plans are out there?  Answer: thousands.

 

I am 6'9" and weigh 240 lbs.  Over the last few years, I have hit as high as 270.  The fact that I am so tall hides this extra weight, but anybody who knows about weight gain will agree; extra weight may not be visible but it affects your energy level, your sleep habits and of course your diet.  And weight fluctuation is not a good habit.
