Extraordinary length. 16 years old, size 19 shoe, will very likely grow further. Still somewhat a newcomer to the game, played sparingly his freshman year. Has shown dramatic improvement his year. 17 pts, 14 boards, 8 blocks in 1 game. 15, 12 and 6 in another. March 2: 18 pts, 16 boards, 8 blocks. Is learning to use his length defensivley, takes up a TON of space. Shores defeated a previously unbeatan East Grapids squad. Blocks or alters many shots. Great shooting form, soft release, great rotation. This player obviously has huge potential.
Now July 2011. Adam has just completed an AYBT season with Basketball Basics. Improvement continues. Is developing a soft turn around jump shot. Has learned to block out and use his width defensively. Is running the court much better. He also now keeps his feet defensively, he is so long he can block many shots by maintaining his feet and only elevating as the opponent elevates. Just a force in the middle. Introduced to a Jump Hook in August, obviously a potentially big weapon.
