Congratulations Mike!!!  Coach Gary Bailey at Grace College in Grand Rapids will have this TOWER in the middle next year.  Way to go and good luck to Mike and Grace!!!  

Interesting story, who will give this kid a look?  2005 graduate of Grand Haven High School.  Starting center, averaged 10 points and 10 boards senior year.  Good hands, soft touch near the hoop.  Has GROWN since HS, now 6'10".  Mountain-like in the middle, can really take up space and defend.  Conditioning is key. If he finds the right coach who believes in him, this kid can really contribute.  Some life changes and family decisions led to this amount of time away from school,  ready to commit.  23 years old, has all years of eligibility left.  Has played semi-pro football the last 3 years in west Michigan, all star his 1st year.   Will attend college again this fall 2010 but will focus fully on school, hoping to return to athletics in 2011. This kid just needs a chance.
